This
monograph presents all the projects made or designed by
Philippe Rahm (1967) and Jean-Gilles Décosterd (1963)
in the past few years around the theme of "distortion".
Their approach consists in taking hold of time and space
as of a material for architecture and exploring the emptiness
spectrum and the density of the bodies. Hormonal cities,
physiological gardens, melatonin chambers, high altitude
environments, Placebo painting: architecture here becomes
an energy field crossed by temporal faults and geographic
gaps.
