Carried out with the collaboration of the City of Orléans. On the exhibition " Nicolas Royer, Light Painting " held in the collegiate church Saint-Pierre-Le-Puellier, Éditions HYX publish the artist's book Suite au Kebab. Sprung from a series of paintings, the project forges contemporary bonds between the sacred and the secular, where production and consumption outline shapes in a peculiar way. This publication comprises a body of texts among which an essay by François de Singly, Saint Doux, a text of general analysis by the art historian Camille de Singly and an interview between Nicolas Royer and the artist Sébastien Hoëlzener, retranscribed by Anne-Claire Duprat.
