The
architecture of R, DSV Sie. P (François Roche, Gilles
Desèvedavy, Stéphanie Lavaux and François Perrin) intends
to participate in its environment in a double movement
of mimesis and of extraction and transformation recycling.
Present in the FRAC Centre collection through two important
projects ("Japan House", 1990 and "House in the Trees",
1994), R, DSV & Sie P. "often opposes in its drifting
architecture a parasitic form, a no-form, which seems
made of poor materials" (F. Migayrou). The agency's projects
question the fragmentation of architecture's otherness
as regards the territory. Leaflet-catalogue made within
the frame of the "Amorphous Mutations" exhibition, held
at the FRAC Région Centre in 1998.
