Following Order and Delivery
In such case, Éditions HYX will take care of replacing the book and repaying the forwarding and returning charges. Repayment shall be effective on receiving the defective book. In compliance with the article L 121-6 of the code on consumption, the buyer has 7 days from the delivery date of his or her order to return the book(s) to Éditions HYX for exchange or repayment without extra charges except returning ones. If the buyer shall exercise this withdrawal option, he or she shall organize and pay for the returning. The buyer shall, in such case, return the item in perfect state with the corresponding invoice, within the terms and delays stated in the sales policy. The buyer shall be entitled, then, either to be reimbursed or to choose another item.

Repayment
Any repayment shall be made by cheque for the French territory and by bank transfer for other countries. The payee shall give Éditions HYX his or her personal or professional particulars and, for foreigners, his or her bank particulars. Éditions HYX shall take care of the French charges for repayment. Éditions HYX shall not be asked to take care of the potential charges required by the payee's bank.
